Before you snap:

  • 🤚 Cover your name with your hand or a card
  • 📄 Lay the page flat
  • 💡 Find good light, no shadows
  • 📚 Up to two pages, in order. Snap them one at a time, or pick them from your photos

Check the typing

The app typed up your writing. Fix only the words it read wrong. Leave your own spelling just as you wrote it.

Tap to put the cursor where you want it. Double-tap a word to select it, then type the fix.

What you did well

Here is what your writing already does well. Keep doing it!

Power up here

Revise first. These writing strategies will lift this piece the most. Try each one, then use it in other spots too.

Pick up your pencil

Go back to your book and change your own writing. Here is how.

  1. To add words, write a ^ where they go in. Write the new words above it.
  2. To swap a word, draw one neat line through it. Write the new word above.
  3. For a new sentence, use the space at the end of a line, or the next line.
  4. You do not need to copy it all out again. Just read it again to check.

Word lab

Once the writing says what you want, head to the lab and polish it: stronger words first, then check spelling, punctuation and capital letters.

Mission complete

Your sidekick has done its part. Now it is over to you, hero: take your power-ups back to your book and write your own destiny!

Your mission

Here are the jobs you ticked along the way. Tick any you have done since, then read it again.
